Kathy’s Biography

Kathy Whirity, who describes herself as a writer by heart, is a newspaper columnist who shares the realities of family life in a humorous, touching way. Her column, "Kathy's Kaleidoscope" is published in Village View newspaper and FrankTalk magazine. Her "From the Heart" column appears weekly in the Mt. Greenwood newspaper.

Kathy is a contributing author to the Chicken Soup For The Soul book series, and has also had her writings featured in Penned From The Heart, The Golden Formula, The Joy Of Alzheimer's - When tears are Dried With Laughter, Echoes Of Silence, Journey Of The Mind, and the recently released book, How I Met My True Love, by Xulon Press. She has also had her stories published on numerous e-zines.
